What happens next...
Once we've established contact via email, LinkedIn or Instagram, we'll arrange a first client fitting call to see whether we're a good fit to work together. If we are, we'll arrange another longer call (unless it's the one hour clarity hour or 60 minute story). I'll interview you and use a recording software that will give me a transcription of what's been said, and I'll get everything I need here, along with any other data I've asked you for. I'll then start work and I'll ask that you're available for any further questions or queries. We can use Voxer for tooing and frooing of messages and I'll give you 24hr access to your own dedicated folder (Google) with all transcriptions, customer data etc for your perusal at any time. Once I've completed my work to an agreed deadline, I'll send you the finished work via the dedicated Google document.
